Yttria Stabilized ZrO2 Powder
The top-performing 3 mol% yttria-stabilized zirconia powders, known for their exceptional mechanical properties. These tetragonal zirconia powders provide excellent bending strength and toughness at room temperature. The product is ideal for creating ceramic parts with superior surface finishing, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
ZirPro’s range of 3% YSZ powders includes dry powders (CY3Z) for injection molding and casting, as well as ready-to-press granules (GY3Z) for uniaxial pressing and isostatic pressing. These powders are used in advanced ceramic applications across industries, including cutting tools, grinding media, and optical fiber connectors.

CY3Z Raw Powder
