The EIGA-50 Electrode Induction Melting Gas Atomization Equipment is designed for large-scale production of metal powders with spherical or sub-spherical particles. It operates by using consumable electrode rods as the raw material, which are introduced into an induction coil for high-frequency induction melting. The resulting molten metal flows from the bottom of the coil, passing through a conductor under protective gas. High-pressure airflow then atomizes the molten metal into fine droplets, which solidify into powder particles during flight. The mixture of powder and gas is directed into a cyclone separator, where coarse powders are separated from finer ones, and the metal powder is collected in a sealed container.
